About Us

The estate is managed by RCRA and has a Committee that comprises of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Members. The Committee is a team of volunteers who are  property owners on the estate, are elected by the owners at each Annual General Meeting and manage the estate on everyone’s behalf in accordance with terms of the Lease. We split the tasks among us so as to ensure the work load can be spread about.

By operating in a self management fashion we are able to save on the costs of a managing agent and ensure we take in account the views of us all as owners.
